Dang Gui Double Boiled Chicken Thigh
Ingredients:
- Chicken Thigh - 2 pcs
- Sliced Dang Gui (Angelica Roots) - 2 slices (20g)
- Dried Longan Flesh - 15g
- Wolf Berries - 15g
- Red Dates - 15g
- Boiling Hot Water - 150g

Methods:
- Wash chicken thigh well, blanch in hot water, drain dry for use later
- Rinse wolfberries and red dates, place into a double boiling bowl together with dang gui and dried longan flesh
- Put in chicken thigh, add boiling hot water, cover bowl
- Place bowl into a steamer to steam boil for 1 hour, remove
- Mix with 1 - 2 cup Huiji Health Tonic, serve
