Wash dang shen, red dates, longan, chuan xiong, gan cao, bei qi, wolfberries, yu zhu, chen pi, put them into a big pot, pour in 3 litres of water, bring to a boil over high heat, boil for another 1 hour over low heat
Add in pork ribs, simmer for another 1 hour till pork is tender, to taste
Turn off heat, pour in 3-4 cups of Huiji Health Tonic
