Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Wrap with aluminum foil, and chill in the fridge for 4 hours
Spread marinated minced meat onto big plastic paper or grease paper, use a spoon to press into thin slices, and form to round shape
Sun-dry it under the sun till meat is half-dried, turn over, and continue to sun-dry till completely dried
Place meat slices on the rack. Grill it over hot charcoal till cooked or grill it in pre-heated oven at 180°C till cooked, turn it over and grill for another 3 min
