Ingredients Chicken drumsticks: 6 pcs Black Fungus: 1 handful Ginger (sliced): 1 knob Garlic: 2 pcs Soya sauce: 6 tbsp Chinese wine: 2 tbsp Sesame oil: 1 tbsp Salt Pepper Wolfberries Spring onions Parsley Huiji Health Tonic: 1/2 cap Method Marinate the chicken drumsticks with a handful of black fungus, 1 knob sliced ginger, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 6 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Marinate for an hour. Add Wolfberries and steam for 30 minutes. Add half cap of Huiji Health Tonic and stir well. Garnish with spring onions and parsley. *Recipe by Cassandra Xu
