Huiji Creamy Fungus Chicken Soup

汇集银耳鸡丝羹

材料:

  • 水:2升
  • 鸡骨头:500g(烫)
  • 姜:1个(捣烂
  • 鸡腿肉:2个(烫 )
  • 银耳:30克(浸泡,丢弃硬茎
  • 水:300克
  • 鱼鳔:10克(浸泡至软,切丝)
  • 胡萝卜:40g(削皮及切丝)
  • 鲜菇:4个(洗净和切碎)
  • 鲜销菇:1包(洗净,切, 丢弃4厘米根)
  • 枸杞子:10克(洗净)
  • 鸡蛋:1个
  • 白醋:1/2茶匙
  • 汇补精 :1-2杯(汇集量杯)
 

方法:

  1. 将鸡骨,生姜,鸡大腿放入锅中,加2升水, 煮沸10分钟, 取出鸡大腿。 转小火, 继续煮20分钟。
  2. 把鸡大腿放凉, 薄丝,以备后用
  3. 混合银耳浆, 水300克,直到浓稠,以备后用
  4. 方法1煮了30分钟后,将鱼鳔丝和银耳浆加入,继续煮30分钟
  5. 加入鸡丝,胡萝卜,蘑菇,香菇和枸杞,再煮5分钟
  6. 慢慢加入蛋液
  7. 加入鸡粉或盐和糖调味,关火.
  8. 混合1-2杯汇集补腰精后即可
