The core herbal formula remains the same — hawthorn fruit, black plum, tangerine peel, licorice root, roselle, fig, and osmanthus — just enhanced for modern health needs.

Is it safe for diabetics or people watching their sugar intake? ›

Fruity Lite Xtra is sugar-free and uses Xylitol as a natural sweetener. Xylitol has a low glycaemic impact compared to regular sugar. However, if you have diabetes or a specific medical condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before adding any supplement to your routine.
