Huiji Stir Fried Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • Minced pork: 200g
  • Prawns: 100g (diced into small pieces)
  • Fresh mushroom: 3 pcs (diced into small pieces)
  • Water chestnut: 3 pcs (remove the skin, diced into small pieces)
  • Shallots: 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion: 1 stalk (diced)
  • Garlic: 1 pc (chopped)
  • Broccoli : 200g (cut into florets, blanched)
  • Huiji Health Tonic: 1 -2 cups (Huiji measuring cup)

 

Seasonings:

  • Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Sugar: ½ tbsp
  • Pepper: ¼ tsp
  • Light Soy Sauce: 1tbsp
  • Sesame Oil: ½ tbsp
  • Corn Flour: 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Stir fry garlic till fragrant
  2. Put minced pork, prawn, fresh mushroom, water chestnut, shallots, and spring onion into the pot and stir fry.
  3. Add in seasoning
  4. Put in the broccoli, frying it evenly
  5. Add in 1-2 cups of Huiji Health Tonic and the dish is ready to serve.
