Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 bird , (washed, chopped into pieces)
 - Salt – ½ tsp
 - Ground Pepper – ½ tsp
 - Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tbsp
 - Shallot & Garlic – 5 cloves each (minced)
 - Cinnamon Stick – 10g
 - Ginger – 2 slices
 - Gula Melaka – 50g
 - Huiji Health Tonic – 1 – 2 cups (Huiji measuring cup)
 
Methods:
- Wash chicken well, chop into pieces, drain from water, mix well with salt, ground pepper and cinnamon powder to marinate for 1 hour
 - Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, saute shallot, garlic, cinnamon and ginger
 - Add in chopped chicken pieces, stir fry well till aromatic
 - Mix in gula melaka
 - Cover with lid, simmer over low flame for 20 mins till cooked, turn off fire (during simmering process, open lid in between time to stir fry for 1 – 2 times, to prevent chicken from sticking to the bottom of wok)
 - Mix in 1 -2 cups of Huiji Health Tonic, serve
