Revitalising Ginseng Jelly

Recipe makes 15 jellies.

Ingredients:

  1. Huiji Canadian Ginseng Revitalising Tea 2 sachets
Note: Remove string and label from tea sachets before use.
  1. Water 950ml
  2. Konnyaku Jelly Powder 10g
  3. Huiji Honey (adjust to personal preference) 200ml
  4. Sliced fruits of your choice

Method:

  1. In a small pot, add Konyaku Jelly Powder and 950ml water. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Add Huiji Canadian Ginseng Revitalising Tea sachets and Huiji Honey. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey according to your personal preference.
  3. Stir well until powder dissolves. Remove the tea sachets.
  4. Slice fruits of your choice into small slices. Place into jelly mould.
  5. Pour the mixture into the jelly mould.
  6. Leave to cool slightly before chilling it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or completely set.
  7. Remove from the mould and enjoy!
