Stir-Fried Fish with Spinach

Ingredients:

  • Spinach – 150g (washed, cut)
  • Ginger – 1 pc (shredded)
  • Red dates – 10 pes (cut into half, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
  • Wolfberries – 1 tbsp (washed, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
  • Fish fillet – 300g (washed, slice)
  • Ginger juice – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Huiji Health Tonic – 1 cup (Huiji measuring cup)

 

Seasonings:

  • Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Huadiaojiu – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – 1 tsp

 

Methods:

  1. Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry spinach till it’s cooked, dish out
  2. Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry ginger till fragrant
  3. Add red dates, wolfberries, stir fry
  4. Add fish, ginger juice and pepper, stir fry till it’s cooked
  5. Add seasoning, stir well, turn off the heat
  6. Combined with 1 cup of Huiji Health Tonic, dish out, place them together with spinach
