Ingredients:
- Salted Egg Yolk – 4 pcs
- Cylinder form Tofu – 1 tube
- Huiji Health Tonic – 1 cup (Huiji measuring cup)
Seasoning:
- Fresh Milk – 1 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Apple Vinegar – ½ tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
Methods:
- Halve salted egg yolk, reserve for use later
- Cut cylinder form tofu into 8 even sections, arranged flat on a deep plate
- Using a teaspoon, dig a shallow hole in the center of each piece of tofu, then arrange halved salted egg yolk on top
- Send into a boiling steamer, steam for 5 mins over high flame
- Open steamer lid, pour in pre-mixed seasoning, cover lid, steam for another 5 mins, remove
- Drizzle one cup of Huiji Health Tonic over it, serve
