Huiji Steamed Salted Egg Yolk Toufu

汇集蒸咸蛋黄豆腐

材料:

  • 咸蛋黄:4个
  • 圆柱豆腐:1管
  • 汇补精 1 – 2杯(汇集量杯)
 

调料:

  • 鲜牛奶:1汤匙
  • 蚝油:1汤匙
  • 苹果醋:½汤匙
  • 糖:1汤匙

 

方法:

  1. 将咸蛋黄切半,准备使用
  2. 切圆柱豆腐切成8段,排平放在一个深盘
  3. 用一个茶匙,将每一块豆腐中心挖一个浅孔,然后将切半咸的蛋黄排在上面
  4. 放到到沸腾的蒸锅,大火蒸5分钟
  5. 打开蒸笼的盖子,倒入混合调味料,盖上锅盖,再蒸5分钟,取出
  6. 倒入1杯汇集补腰精后即可
