Teriyaki Salmon

大麦糙米照烧酱鲑鱼

材料:

三文鱼:100克 * 2个

照烧酱主料:

 

*混合以上成分。

装饰: 沙拉

 

步骤:

  1. 洗净鲑鱼和沥干。再加入照烧酱, 腌30分钟或过夜。
  2. 将烘箱至200℃ 10分钟。
  3. 将腌三文鱼烧烤5-8分钟(将煮熟转另一边)。

 

高纤维大麦糙米主料: (3-4人份)

  • 日本大麦:100克
  • 有机糙米:200克
  • 水:500毫升

 

撒在上面

炒黑芝麻盐

 

步骤:

  1. 冲洗糙米两次,浸泡2小时,沥干。
  2. 浸泡大麦(无需冲洗)与水中200毫升30分钟, 放在一边(不过滤)。
  3. 将(1)糙米和(2)大麦和浸泡的水放电饭煲。添加300毫升水,煮沸至熟。用筷子搅匀。焖煮10分钟。

 

Serving:

将芝麻盐撒在饭。添加一块三文鱼, 后即可。
