Herbal Mutton Soup

药材羊肉汤

材料:

  • 1公斤 羊肉 (小腿或肩部)
  • Fresh coriander
  • 20斤 玉竹
  • 2片 炸豆腐皮(烤过)
  • 2汤匙 米酒
  • 3公升 水
  • 20斤 玉竹
  • 水,汆烫
  • 2汤匙 淡酱油
  • 20斤 枸杞子
  • 12颗 红枣
  • 20斤 枸杞子
  • 汇补精: 50 ml
 

步骤

  1. 将水煮滚,熄火然后加入20斤姜片和2汤匙米酒。
  2. 将1公斤的羊肉放入滚水汆烫约5分钟,沥干待用。
  3. Boil 3 litres of water in a pot, next add 20g yu zhu (solomon’s seal), 12 red dates and 10g of ginger strips
  4. Add blanched mutton to the pot, with 50 ml Huiji Health Tonic and 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  5. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 2½ hours
  6. 加入20斤的枸杞子煮月5分钟。
  7. 加入炸豆腐皮,剩余的姜丝和新鲜香菜即可上菜。
