Fermented Pork Belly Stewed with Lotus Root-02

南乳烧腩焖莲藕

材料:

  • 烧腩(切块) 400克
  • 莲藕(去皮切块) 450克
  • 南乳 1块
  • 蒜茸 1汤匙
  • 油 3大匙
  • 青葱(切段) 2棵
  • 上汤 300毫升
  • 汇补精

 

调味料

  • 蚝油 1汤匙
  • 鸡精粉 1/2汤匙
  • 麻油 1茶匙
  • 糖 1茶匙
  • 黑酱油 ½茶匙

 

步骤:

  1. 将锅烧热,用油炒香蒜茸,南乳,加入烧腩炒匀。
  2. 加入莲藕炒匀,加入调味料,上汤焖至莲藕熟软。
  3. 加入汇集补腰精炒匀。
  4. 最后加入青葱即可。
