材料:

  • Broccoli – 8pcs
  • Red Dates – 3pcs
  • Mushroom – 3pcs
  • 汇补精 – 30ml

 

步骤:

  1. Add cut broccoli with mushrooms and red dates (flattened) in a little water and bring to boil.
  2. Add salt and Huiji Health Tonic to taste.
  3. Eat both soup and lettuce.
