- 鸡:1只, (洗净,剁成块)

- 姜: 2片
- 椰糖:50克
- 汇补精 1 – 2杯(汇集量杯)
方法:
- 将鸡肉洗净,切成块,沥干,用盐,胡椒粉和肉桂粉拌匀腌1小时
- 烧热2汤匙油,爆香葱头,大蒜,肉桂,生姜
- 加入鸡肉块,翻炒至芳香
- 添加椰糖
- 盖上锅盖,小火焖煮20分钟至熟,关火(时不时开盖翻炒1-2次, 以防止鸡粘锅的底部)
- 混合与1 – 2杯汇集补腰精后即可
