材料:
- Pork Belly – 700g (cut into 2 big pieces)
- Dark Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 蚝油:1汤匙
- Sesame Oil – ½ tbsp
- Ground Pepper – ¼ tbsp
- Hua Tiao Wine – 1 tbsp
- 盐:1/2茶匙
- Garlic – 8 cloves (washed, skinned, smashed)
- Star Anise – 1 pc
- Cinnamon Stick – 1 stalk
- Galangal (Blue Ginger) – 15g (Washed, smashed)
- Water – 650g
- Rock Sugar – ½ piece
- 汇补精 1 – 2杯(汇集量杯)
方法:
- Wash pork belly well, poke some holes on it with a fork, drain well from water, mixed well with dark soy sauce,oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper, hua tiao wine and salt, marinate for 1 hour
- Heat up 2 tbsp oil, saute garlic, star anise, cinnamon and galangal till aromatic, then pan fry pork belly till fragrant
- Add water, rock sugar and bring to a boil, cover, lower to small flame, simmer till pork turns soft and tender
- Mixed well with 1 – 2 cups of Huiji Health Tonic, serve
