材料:
- Pork ribs – 300g
- Fresh groundnuts – 300g
- Red dates – 12 pcs
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- 汇补精 – 1-2 cups (Huiji measuring cup)
方法:
- Clean and split pork ribs
- Boil pork ribs with groundnuts in water and pour away water
- Put fresh water to boil and add in red dates and garlic to simmer for around 1 hour
